Mike mckee
Mike McKee is the drummer/percussionist for the band Delta Rae. He has traveled the world with Delta Rae since 2009, and has performed on Conan O’ Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Late Show with Seth Meyers. Over the years, Delta Rae have received a number of accolades such as VH1 “You Oughta Know” artist and the prestigious Forbes “30 Under 30” award.
He started Drum Team Collective in 2018, and has been unifying teams with music ever since. Mike is also co-founder of the NAMM award-winning company BaldMan Percussion.

Adam Organ (who goes by AO) is a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned digital commerce and marketing technology executive with more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies. He partnered with Mike to help realize the vision and direction of Drum Team Collective as our Managing Director. While he has no musical chops whatsoever he has a knack for unlocking the best in people and teams. When he is not dreaming up big ideas at work you can usually find him at a local music venue checking out some of his favorite artists and bands.

Azul ZAPATA
Azul Zapata is a professional musician and professional networker. Originally from Argentina and a polyglot, she has performed all over the world with different groups (Fluorescence, Blue Summer Band, Carolina Sidekicks) or under her own name, “AZUL”. Azul started as a hype-human, transitioned to Outreach Coordinator, and even teaches as a facilitator. Check out her original music here!

BREVAN HAMPDEN
Born in New York City in 1985, Brevan was born instantly a member of a high-level musical family; his father Ivan, who has toured with Luther Vandross, Vanessa Williams, Jennifer Lopez, Roberta Flack, Grady Tate, and Ashford & Simpson, and his mother Brenda, who has performed on Broadway, with Dizzy Gillespie, Angie Bofill-Marian Anderson, and Jazzmobile.
Brevan completed the Bachelor’s of Jazz Studies degree at NCCU in December 2009. He has made quite a name for himself by performing locally in venues in Raleigh,Durham, Chapel Hill, and all over North Carolina. He can be found playing percussion with living jazz legend Charlie Hunter among other incredible artists.

Kevin Rader-Rhodenbaugh is a professional percussionist and instructor. He has performed in numerous ensembles including Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Kokomo Symphony Orchestra, Richmond Symphony Orchestra, Lebanon Symphony Orchestra, Marion Symphony Orchestra, Raleigh Civic Symphony, Fayetteville Symphony, Carolina Youth Ballet, and Durham Symphony Orchestra. As a drumset artist, Kevin has performed with various rock, jazz, punk and blues groups. He was a founding member and the drummer for Interscope Music artist, Neurotic Box and is the drummer for Raleigh band Jack The Radio.

Dale Baker is a professional drummer and educator living in Durham, NC. best known for his work with the popular late 90’s early 00’s band, Sixpence None the Richer (his drumming is featured on most of their hit songs, including “Kiss Me” and “There She Goes”). In 2013 he became one of the core touring members of Big Star’s Third Live (documented in the 2017 DVD release of “Thank You Friends” on Concord Bicycle Music), a concert event celebrating the music of Big Star, featuring a rotating roster of guest performers including members of Wilco, The Posies, REM, Beck, Dawes, Tom Petty, The dB's, Yo La Tengo and the Kronos Quartet.
